Some Ways To Improve Writing Skills

    These days during the social distancing at home, sometimes we wonder what kind of activities we have to do? since we feel so bored at home. So now I want to share how to improve our writing skills. As a student, to have a good skill in writing is important. We can try to improve our writing skills now. Step by step and one day we can be a good writer. 

1. Try to read and write every day

        If you want to be good at writing, you should exercise more. You can write something that you like. For example, write about your idol or your hobbies. Try to do it every day even that you only read or write a simple paragraph but if you do this every day, your skills are going to be improved. another way that you can do is to write social media posts. If you have a Twitter profile or a Facebook profile, start creating a post a day and write two or three sentences on what you're doing.

2. Read what about the topic you want to write about

        Before you are going to write something, you need to search more in many sources about the topic you want to read about. more books or sources you read is going to help you to find some ideas. All of this can help you develop your writing skills.

3. Choose simple words 

        If you think that using complex words that make you sound smarter then that's totally wrong. You do not need to use complex words, it's better to use simple but effective when you write. That makes the reader easy to understand your writing. Also, You need to avoid adding some extra words like really, very, that, etc. That's done to make reading easier because our brains take in information better when it's broken into small chunks.

4. Just write the best as you can do 

        The first step to help you improve your writing is to just write and keep on writing. Keep the focus on writing do not get distracted. Just believe in yourself and try harder.
